Marcie Abbey, MS

Marcie Abbey holds an MS in Biology from Missouri State University. In her years as a biomedical researcher in a National Institutes of Health funded laboratory, she performed all aspects of scientific research from hypothesis development to manuscript and grant preparation. She managed the daily operations of the laboratory during a period of growth and trained and supervised fellow researchers. Her particular interest in the medical field also served her well as an instructor at the St. John’s College of Nursing and Health Services. Her combined experiences make her a valuable asset to Medavera in grant writing, content development and operational responsibilities.
